Job Description:

 As an Entry Level Personal Assistant at PocketLedge in New Jersey, you will provide essential support to senior management by handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and assisting in daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to help ensure that day-to-day activities run smoothly. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Organize and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff.
  • Communication Handling: Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Task Management: Help with task coordination, including organizing documents, maintaining records, and supporting office activities.
  • Travel Arrangements: Assist with travel planning, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials for meetings, take notes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Errands and Ad-Hoc Tasks: Run errands and perform various tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office and assist the management team.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or coursework in business administration is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong sense of discretion.
