Type:  Contract, 6+ months with possible extension

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Job description:
  • Collect, track, and organize reports for bulk Blackbaud CRM entry.
  • Monitor and report on non-matching gift giving platforms (e.g., United Ways, Fidelity, PayPal, Giving Market Place, Ren Charitable, etc.).
  • Work closely with accounting to confirm, designate, or identify ACH gifts.
  • Upload ACH authorization information to CRM records.
  • Generate reports for timely entry into CRM for Matching Gifts, especially Benevity and YourCause.
  • Manage scanning of checks and batching for Matching Gifts processing.
  • Support and manage the internal process for Temple Transportation Fund donations received through the Office of Philanthropy.
  • Centralize ACH gift transactions to streamline and accelerate gift verification and CRM entry turnaround time, allowing the Matching Gifts Coordinator to focus on higher-level matters.
  • Communicate with Donors and Staff

Nice to have:
  • Experience pulling reports from CRM databases, such as Salesforce, highly preferred
  • Experience with donor databases such as Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, Classy, DonorPerfect, CharityEngine, etc.
  • Generalized accounting exposure.
  • Familiarity with donor terms and the procedures of department.

Requirements:
  • Intermediate MS Excel experience pulling and compiling reports.
  • Must be computer proficient to work in applications listed (above).
  • Must have strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background check required.
  • Drug screening required. 
  • COVID-19 vaccination required.
