Lead comprehensive effective risk assessments to appropriately set audit scope with focus on key areas of business risk. Help to execute audit tests to deliver sufficient and compelling data/facts to support audit conclusion; at times responsible for oversight of testing and execution performed by other audit team members. Communicate (both written and spoken) audit findings and related recommended actions for areas tested to Internal Audit management and external Audits, and drive alignment on these issues with Management. Prepare written audit work papers which adequately address the nature, extent, and results of testing performed; may include oversight and quality reviews of work papers created by other audit team members. Perform follow-up with management on timely audit action closure.In this role, your work will directly impact internal and external user’s day-to-day productivity. You must be able to balance the desired system “elegance” against the needs for rapid delivery. Your focus will be: Assist in the idea-intake process and shepherding ideas through request processing Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including scope, timeline, budget & quality to achieve project milestones and goals Hold regular meetings with stakeholders for transparency and to communicate the status of ongoing audit projects  Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution Effectively manage and communicate project status, risks, issues, and opportunities to stakeholders in a clear and concise fashion Identify and manage project risks, issues, changes and collaborate with the project team to define and execute a mitigation plan Understand and report on control exceptions and deficiencies. How you will grab our attention: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration Master's degree preferred Minimum of three to four years of working within a corporate internal audit or IT compliance function or as part of a professional services firm 3+ years demonstrated experience in Project Management & leading cross-departmental efforts Experience in implementation of internal control processes and programs for IT.
