JOBPURPOSE:

The SpinLife Sales&OperationsManagerisresponsible for executing on the strategy developed by the Vice President of Sales and will managethe day-to-dayoperationsofthe sales (Product Expert) organization to optimize the best sales opportunity by delivering a dynamic world-class sales service to our customers through our sales team. Theyare the advocatesforthe sales(ProductExpert) team and the champion for creating a positive work environment & world-class sales service culture.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

§Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales (Product Expert) team and provide high-level communicationtothe VPofSales&Servicealongwithkeystakeholdersacrossthe organization.§Recruit, retain, develop, and motivate staff to continuously learn through a supportive and collaborative approach; Set objectives; establish priorities; support upskilling; manage talent; and monitor/evaluate results. §Manage and oversee new employee on-boarding training activities to ensure employees are productive and operate to established performance standards within 90 days.§Managethesales(ProductExpert) team’sschedulewithfairness,long-leadvisibility to ensure our abandon rate is to the absolute minimum.§Monitor&measure salesperformance and provide guidance and training for others.§Collaborate with Finance to providetransparentcommissionreportsonbi-weeklybasistomotivateandtogainconsensuswithteam members.§Deliver direct feedback to each sales(ProductExpert) associate by monitoring their sales calls toensureweareadheringtoourpolicies and procedures and providing the best possible service to our customers.§Partner with merchandising to develop and deliver on-going product training to ensure our sales team has industry best product knowledge. §Communicate with cross-functional partners of the sales team developments and partner with the merchandisingteamtoidentifyopportunitiesforproductsand/ voiceofthe customer.§Work withdepartmentleadersandVPofSales&Service, to developannualGoalsandObjectives for both entire sales organization and each individual team member.§May supportorder processingwhensalesteamrunintotechnicaldifficultiesand/or needguidance.§UtilizeNumotionLeadershipPrinciplestoperformjobwithintegrity,compliance,andvaluesconsistent with our mission.§AdheretoemployeeorcustomerconfidentialityandcomplywithNumotion’spoliciesandfederal regulations.§Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Providesolutionsforcustomerconcernsandcontinuallyfocusoncustomerserviceasourtoppriority.

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS,SKILLS,ANDEXPERIENCE:

§Associate’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered.

§Minimumofthree(3) yearsofexperienceinPhoneSalesManagementoradditionaltwo(2)yearsof experience in managing a direct response sales team.

§MobilityEquipmentor Durable MedicalEquipmentindustryexperience.

§Peopledevelopmentandprocessimprovementleadershipexperiences.

§Abilitytodefine a problemthroughdiscoveryoranalysis,identifycountermeasurestocorrectand partner with stakeholders implement solution(s) to solve the problem.

§Excellentoralandwrittencommunicationskills.

§Detailorientedwithafocusoncompletion and accuracy.

§Abilitytoremainfocusedwhilehandlingmultipletasks,responsibilities,andprojects.
