Overview:


As a Jeremiah’s Italian Ice server, you will play a key role in delivering 5-star customer service. Your daily responsibilities will be taking orders, making orders, preparing Italian Ice, stocking/organizing and cleaning .

Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service to every guest
  • Assist with anything the manager needs
  • Cash handling
  • Fulfill catering orders and working offsite events with manager or shift lead
  • Ensure the store meets high standards of cleanliness and organization

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in quick service, fast casual, or retail environments, or equivalent customer service experience
Skills:


  • Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-starter with strong motivation and creativity
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong representation of the brand and commitment to customer satisfaction
Work Schedule:


  • Shifts: 4-6-hour shifts with options for day, evening, and night shifts
  • 5pm-closing
  • Availability: Open availability required; flexibility needed for both opening and closing shifts
