The Impact You Will Make:

Learn and understand the intricacies of Medicare healthcare plans to effectively assist customers in making informed decisions. Participate in training programs to develop sales skills and product knowledge. Shadow experienced agents to gain practical insights into the sales process and customer interactions. Collaborate with mentors and team members to enhance your sales techniques and customer service skills. Strive to meet and exceed training milestones and performance goals.

What You Bring:

Strong desire to pursue a career in sales, particularly in the insurance industry. Willingness to obtain an Active Health Insurance License (Clearlink will cover all testing and licensing expenses). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Prior experience in sales is required. Must pass the licensing exam prior to starting the position. Overtime, including weekends, may be required throughout the duration of AEP
