KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Technology Enablement for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

Lead Workday EPM / Adaptive Planning projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) optimization related to Finance, HR and Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Adaptive Planning applications in Adaptive Planning projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Adaptive Planning optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the applicationsSupport business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industriesLead the day-to-day activities of EPM Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviewsSupervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagementsManage engagements according to KPMGs financial/cost management policies

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of experience as an Adaptive Planning Lead consulting implementation experienceMinimum of five full life cycle implementations with Adaptive Planning as a Lead or Architect and certification in Workday Adaptive Planning (Please note that any candidate hired by KPMG into this position that doesn't currently hold the aforementioned certification will be required to secure one within three months from the commencement of employment); Workday Prism or Workday Reporting certification is preferredBachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/universityExperience leading Adaptive Planning design, process alignment detailed understanding of EPM and/or ERP system concepts and general functionalityDetailed understanding of Adaptive Planning processes and best practicesAbility to travel as neededApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
