Job Summary:
Village Caregiving is seeking a dedicated and compassionate In Home Caregiver to join our team in Tullahoma, Tennessee.
This is an individual contributor role in the healthcare/medical field.
As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing in-home care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is an essential role that requires active listening, empathy, and a strong commitment to providing quality care to our clients.
In Home Caregiver Benefits
- EVENING SHIFTS - PART TIME
- Pay Rate: $17-18/Hour
- Caregiver & CPR Training Provided (Paid Training)
In Home Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
In Home Caregiver Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients
- Must be physically able to lift and move clients as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
