You Will:
Develop and execute talent branding strategies to promote Boise Cascade Company as an employer of choice. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, marketing, and leadership teams, to define the employer brand identity and messaging. Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including social media, career websites, job boards, and internal communications, to attract and engage potential candidates. Utilize data analytics and metrics to track the effectiveness of talent branding initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the Communication department and our division marketing teams to align talent branding efforts with overall brand strategy and ensure brand consistency. Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent branding and marketing to continuously enhance our approach and stay ahead of the competition. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, job boards, and industry organizations, to expand our talent branding reach. Support the development and execution of employer branding campaigns and initiatives, including employee testimonials, videos, and other creative content. Assist with employer brand research and competitor analysis to identify areas of improvement and differentiation. Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.You Have:
College degree in marketing, communications, human resources or related field. 2+ years' experience in talent branding, employer branding, marketing, or related roles. Strong knowledge of talent branding strategies, marketing principles, and digital communication channels. Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools. Familiarity with design software and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
