The Chief Medical Affairs Medical Office (CMAO) Digital Client Partner team is looking for a customer-focused, energetic, strategic, and innovative thought leader to serve as the Digital Client partner supporting Medical Affairs.

As a Digital Client Partner, this leader will be expected to advise on all aspects of digital technology topics, trends, opportunities, and internal Digital capabilities while also participating and leading key initiatives. This role is accountable for the business partnership and Digital strategic ownership for ELT-2 and ELT-3 leaders within Pfizer’s Medical Affairs organization.

As a Digital Client Partner, this leader will be expected to advise on all aspects of digital technology topics, trends, opportunities, and internal Digital capabilities while also participating and leading key initiatives. This role is accountable for the business partnership and Digital strategic ownership for ELT-2 and ELT-3 leaders within Pfizer’s Medical Affairs organization.

How You Will Achieve It

Medical Affairs Business Relationship Engagement

Collaborates with business partners to develop digital strategies and business cases that accelerate impact for Medical Affairs.

Works with business leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and Digital groups to successfully execute strategies, implement projects, achieve adoption, continuous improvement, and successfully meet business case goals.

Serves as the main point of contact for digital matters related to Medical Affairs platform and category teams.

Drives the adoption of new and existing innovations (technology, data, and digital) to create value and enhance experiences for customers, patients, and colleagues.

Manages and prioritizes digital demand, effectively communicating priorities and requirements to Digital groups.

Gathers and documents clear business requirements.

Guides cross-functional team members on acceptable levels of risk to achieve desired results.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor's degree in digital or a related field.

7+ years of experience in delivering innovative Digital solutions within Pfizer or the pharma industry, or 18+ months of experience delivering business impact in a Digital Client Partner - Manager-level role within Pfizer

Proven track record of establishing strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and delivering innovative technical solutions.

Strong skills in client engagement, relationship management, and program management.

Financial acumen in digital delivery.

Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically.

Track record of producing outstanding results as a leader of teams and/or organizations.

Ability to effectively prioritize and work on multiple tasks with urgency and enthusiasm to meet team goals.

Effective communication and interaction across all levels and functions of the organization.

Skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation to achieve win-win resolutions internally and externally.

Experience working with uncertainty and delivering innovation.

Consistently demonstrates and models Pfizer values and behaviors.

Commitment to adhering to all applicable compliance rules and regulations.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to travel to Pfizer offices, vendor offices and other team meeting locations when required. Project work can sometimes be demanding and require work during off-hours.

Work Location Assignment: Flexible. Must be able to work from assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117 300,00 to $195 500,00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17,5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
