Oliver Wyman is looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to support our brand building strategy. In this role you will help execute key marketing campaigns across many different industry practices & capabilities; you will also collaborate with marketing leads from our centers of excellence across digital, social media and events. Your role will involve developing and executing marketing campaigns using a cross-channel and multi-media approach. You will independently lead high-visibility campaigns with a broad visibility across Europe and have strong project management and technical skills, as well as experience in CRM, e-mail marketing, marketing automation, social media and other digital platforms. The Marketing Associate works closely with the Partners and Consultants of our Paris and Belgium offices as well as many Marketing colleagues across Europe

Key responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing Managers and local Partners, with a focus on the following areas: project management, email distribution, webpage creation and maintenance, social media, event organization, internal communications, Return on Marketing Investment

Project management: Take ownership of assigned projects, with end-to-end project management. Ensure all stakeholders are kept updated and all moving parts come together during the project timeline whilst adhering to the budget.

Email distribution : Create email content, work with data team to build distribution lists, manage distribution with support of the Marketing Operations Coordinator

Webpage creation and maintenance : Support the Marketing Manager with webpage copy writing and webpage creation

Social Media: Own social media planning strategy and execution: Draft content and discuss imagery with Design Team, schedule social media posts, activate internal audience, have in mind to respect a balanced calendar

Provide support to Partners on both technical and content front

Analyze results of Social Media campaigns and showcase data in internal meetings

Communicate internally on recent publications to maximize engagement: weekly newsletters to recap activities, regular emails to the appropriate audience to boost immediate engagement, present successes and challenges at internal social media calls

Event organization: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on workflow planning and execution, in close collaboration with the events, communications and digital centers of excellence: Ensure logistics details on D-Day, track and report progress, coordinate invitation creation and invitees list building, manage suppliers, own event social media planning and execution, including creation of social media content

Return on Marketing Investment:  

Own reporting process to assess success of campaign in collaboration with data team

Provide data based insights and recommendations for upcoming campaigns, and propose new KPIs that could assist in measuring campaign success

Internal communications and reporting

Prepare an activities summary slide deck to be shared during internal meetings

Prepare quantitative reports showing the performance of different campaigns to be shared during internal meetings

Share local updates with marketing campaigns managers

Prepare emails or newsletter to share relevant information internally

Skills and Attributes:

Native French and professionally fluent in English

Ability to interact with people across all levels and in different locations where Oliver Wyman is present, and to be part of a global team that thrives collaboratively

Comfortable in a fast-paced, and flexible environment where priorities often shift, and with the ability to prioritize various deliverables in parallel

Strong analytical and planning skills to assess performance of marketing efforts

Takes initiative, is resourceful in finding information, seeking to build stakeholder connections and shows curiosity to ask thoughtful questions in order to learn and become increasingly autonomous in the role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent MS Office skills
