Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Executive to lead our technology refresh initiatives, including legacy modernization and platform / hardware lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retire legacy systems such as the mainframe, AS400, and data centers. They will also be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our platforms and hardware.
Major Duties
Develop and implement strategies to retire legacy systems such as the mainframe, AS400, and data centers. In partnership with our digital modernization office, enterprise architecture, cloud platform and risk teams execute program management and coordinate across the enterprise to ensure NT maintains current and supportable technology and well-coordinated modernization initiatives Manage the lifecycle of our platforms and hardware. Develop and maintain a technology refresh roadmap. Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology refresh initiatives. Develop and maintain a technology refresh budget. Manage the technology refresh program, including project management, risk management, and change management. Ensure that technology refresh initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners. Ensure that technology refresh initiatives are compliant with regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain a technology refresh governance framework in partnership with our 1LOD risk management and 2LOD risk functions. Develop and maintain a technology refresh communication plan. Develop and maintain a technology refresh training plan in partnership with tech learning and development Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced critical thinking Guided by organization functional strategy, has broad impact on the functional, divisional or regional results
