Job Description:
Approximately 10% of the clinician's time will be spent in the office in Malvern, PA. The rest of the clinicians' time will be spent taking on cases in Berks, Chester, and/or Delaware Counties.
Family-based work is comprised of teams of two clinicians, a Counselor and a Therapist, who provide intensive family therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families at times most convenient to the family. Treatment typically takes place in or near the family home. Family-based clinicians take part in a three-year training curriculum that teaches Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy through The Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center. Due to the nature of the position, and the families served, you must be available to work 2-3 evenings per week.
This position is full-time and includes a generous, comprehensive benefit package including:

Counselor Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
- Minimum one-year clinical experience working with children/adolescents.
- Must be able to pass a child abuse clearance, criminal background check, FBI fingerprinting and a drug screen.
- Driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination; or Medical Exemption; or Religious Exemption
Salary: From $20.00 per hour
** Eligibility/Requirements for bonuses can be discussed with Management**Must begin employment by 5/1/2024 to be eligible for sign on bonus
