Job Title: Dialysis Technician
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Work Type: Onsite
 Job Description:Join our team as a Dialysis Technician and make a difference in the lives of patients with kidney disease.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Provide safe and effective dialysis treatments, including patient setup, monitoring, and post-treatment care.
  • Machine Operation: Operate hemodialysis machines, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain equipment cleanliness.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately document patient information, treatment data, and incident reports.
  • Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Certification: CMS-approved state and/or national certification required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of dialysis patient care technician experience in the last 2 years.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Compassion: Ability to empathize with patients and provide compassionate care.
