About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Boston. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that values professional development and a collaborative approach to education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and teach lessons that engage and inspire young learners.
  • Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.
  • Foster a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with parents and other educators to enhance student outcomes.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate a passion for early childhood education.
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
