Prosegur Security is looking for Full-Time Security Dispatchers at LAX airport with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. Prosegur is one of the largest security providers in the world consisting of over 160,000 employees in over 30 countries. Qualifications:

  • Operate telephone, radio, and map/tracking system
  • Monitor and dispatch multiple personnel
  • Coordinate and follow dispatch gate orders
  • Supervise and track employees
  • Answering a high volume of phone calls
  • Accurately input Data Entry
  • Maintain effective communication via phone, computer, radio
  • Computer Literacy (excel, word, etc.)
  • Able to multitask in a chaotic environment
  • Able to be focused for long periods of time
  • Able to write incident reports in detailed
  • Complaint resolution
  • Coordination of arrivals and departures
  • Able to handle long periods of stress

Physical demands

  • Be able to lift up to 70 lbs., push and pull 200+ lbs. on an incline
  • Able to work in outside weather conditions.
  • Be able to bend, stretch, twist, squat, and reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs
  • Ability to function in a work environment with moderate noise level from several sources creating constant activity
  • Ability to work extra hours when there are operational needs
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days-off
