Roles and Responsibilities:
•    Ensure treatment is appropriately planned, scheduled and managed from initial evaluation through treatment completion.
•    Serves as primary contact for dental offices, adjusters, nurse case managers, and claimants.
•    Accurately enters treatment plans and sends for clinical and pricing review.
•    Schedules appointments for approved treatment promptly.
•    Prioritizes daily activities in ensure all assignments are completed.
•    Reviews and responds to requests from clients, providers, claimants, or management in a timely manner.
•    Educate provider offices on required documentation submission - chart notes, billing forms and required state specific forms.
•    Obtains all missing required appointment documentation from providers.
•    When unable to resolve an issue, will escalate to appropriate leadership/management.
•    Engage with management regarding potential process and system enhancement recommendations.
•    May be required to assist with the testing of system/process enhancements.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Required skills and abilities:
• Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Analytical ability with adept research skills
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must be able to multi-task, follow procedures and have active listening skills
• Bi-lingual is a plus
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Outlook and all MSOffice essentials

Education/Experience
•    Dental Assistant or equivalent preferred
•    Experience with Dental Software Platforms is a plus
•    Contact Center experience a plus
•    High School Diploma or GED
