Initiate & engage in conversation with customers and have fun talking travel. Sell mini-vacation getaways to destinations across the U.S. Communicate the benefits of traveling with Bluegreen Vacations. Overcome objections & close the deal. Provide excellent customer service. Earn $22 – 33/hour based on sales (guaranteed hourly base + commissions) Aggressive Commission Structure.
