Our client is looking for a Project Manager who will perform program and project management related to the GPS overall leadership metrics, rhythm of business (ROB) with the GPS Field, and overall business reporting.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO 

The team aims to measure business indicators for FY25. They are developing a new reporting tool for 3,000 people in the organization, including top leaders and sellers worldwide. This person will assist in preparing for meetings by ensuring content is submitted on time, providing leaders with pre-read materials, taking notes during meetings, and sending summaries. Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.

WHAT YOU BRING

5-7 overall years of experience in the field. 5+ Years of Deep understanding of the partnering and project system. 5-7 Years of Financial/Business Acumen. Being able to adapt to the numbers, etc. Understanding of marketing and program/incentives. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required to be eligible for this role. PMI or PMP certification preferred. Deep Business Acumen Self-starter skills in a candidate Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage ones time. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc. Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on helping with CVP prep, quality of prep, deadline of prep. Working with Sponsor and sending summaries after review meetings.


Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Hourly contract rate range of $53.00 to $57.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
