What You will do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain workflow diagrams to support project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Utilize EA Sparx to create and maintain workflow diagrams.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of workflow diagrams and documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  • Clearly communicate requirements and workflow designs to both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Implement best practices for workflow diagram creation and management.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on workflow tools and techniques.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow diagrams.
  • Continuously improve workflow processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience:

Must Have:

  • BA Degree with 5 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Office 365 suite and EA Sparx
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with EA Sparx and other workflow diagram tools
  • Additional certifications or training in workflow diagram tools and techniques
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
