At Willborn Fueling Systems, we're looking for a Regional Sales Associate Lubbock/Permian Basin to cover the Lubbock and Permian Basin areas of Texas. You will help our customers by selling them fuel system construction & remodel/upgrade projects, fueling equipment, and repair & environmental compliance services. We work with convenience stores, farms, trucking companies, and others who need fuel storage, dispensing, or tracking systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Grow Relationships: You will visit existing and new customers to introduce our products, help them with their needs, and follow up by phone and email.
  • Solve Problems: You will work with customers to fix any issues they have, helping keep their accounts in good shape.
  • Exceed Sales Targets: You will make a plan to sell more products and services and will measure your results.
  • Be the Expert: You will stay up to date on industry trends and products, making sure you can answer customer questions or find the answers quickly.
  • Collaborate with Teams: You will work closely with other departments to ensure the sales you make are delivered with great service.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in sales, with a record of meeting or beating sales targets OR
    • The right mix of fueling system experience, skills, & attitude
  • Basic computer skills, including using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Willing to travel overnight 10-15% of the time. Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • You'll be talking, listening, and typing most of the day.
  • Occasionally, you may need to lift up to 20 pounds.
