Evaluates and implements approved managed care contract requirements. Ensures systems are in place to effectively handle all reporting and documentation relative to reimbursement. Provides oversight to ensure that practice sites achieve revenue cycle goals of co pay collections, collection of prior balances, self pay amounts, etc. • Ensures systems are implemented for complete, timely and accurate charge encounter capture. Provides oversight to ensure adherence to standards for resolving TES edits and missing charges. • Plans and administers an annual budget, both operational and capital. Monitors budgetary expenditures, reports and corrects variances monthly. Ensures identification of capital needs and preparation of supporting documentation. Makes recommendations and establishes plans for activities to increase referrals/new patients. • Collaborates with service area colleagues and Business Development colleagues in recruitment and acquisition to attract and grow physician complement. 1)Monitors measurable clinical outcomes to meet KRA targets. 2)Ensures that all established policies and procedures concerning the environment of care, including but not limited to Hazard Communication Program, Blood-borne Pathogen Program, Equipment Management, and Utilities Management are strictly adhered to.
