Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm welcome and ensuring smooth office operations. The receptionist will manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, handle administrative tasks, and assist various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide information about the company or services.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Coordinate with other departments to support office operations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (phones, fax, copier, etc.).
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
