Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Expo to join our team As an Expo, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance during your shift. You will be in charge of organizing and finishing the dishes as they come. Communicate directly with the executive chef and organize the food runners to efficiently make sure the food makes it to the guests hot and on time. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with restaurant experience. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
  • Maintain appropriate inventory and stock levels on the line


Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous food service experience, expo or manager experience preferred. 
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
