Field Sales Representative

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of the AEC industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients and getting new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the AEC and construction sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote company products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1+ years of sales experience in the AEC or construction tech industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, technology, and project management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
