Job Summary:

Key Duties& Responsibilities:
  • Driveclinical excellence through leadership of both Medical/Surgical andICU departments
  • Develop and implement strategicinitiatives to enhance patient care quality andoutcomes
  • Lead and mentor nursing teams whilefostering a culture of continuousimprovement
  • Ensure compliance with JointCommission standards and CMS regulations
  • Managedepartmental operations including staffing budgeting and resourceallocation
  • Drive clinical components ofutilization review and process improvementinitiatives
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with physicians staff patients andfamilies
  • Oversee staff education competencydevelopment and performancemanagement
  • Implement and monitor infectioncontrol standards and safety protocols
Qualifications:
  • CurrentUtah RN license or eligible forlicensure
  • Strong foundation in Medical/Surgicalor ICU nursing with proven leadershipexperience
  • Track record of successful clinicalteam leadership and mentorship
  • Experience withJoint Commission accreditation and regulatorycompliance
  • Demonstrated ability to drivequality improvements and patientsatisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal skills withability to build relationships acrossdepartments
  • Current BLS ACLS PALScertifications
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursingpreferred
