Kelly Education is immediately hiring Substitute Teachers to work in Aurora Public Schools for the 2024-2025 School year No classroom experience required

No teaching experience? No problem Our pre-hire training, paid orientation, and ongoing professional development ensure that you will always have the skills necessary to succeed in the classroom.

Minimum requirements:

  • Must have a Substitute Authorization or willing to obtain an authorization through the Department of Education. We will guide you through the process
  • Minimum 48+ college credits

Responsibilities:

  • Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
  • Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
  • For long-term teacher assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments
