EXPERIENCED Janitorial Team Lead

Looking for a great LEADER for our 8-hour shift working 7am-3pm. This is an extremely dirty working environment with confined space and height requirements.

Responsibilities:
Must have the ability to maintain all PM paperwork, lock out tag out requirements, call in permits for confined space entry, assign working areas to department team members, keep a check on the entire janitorial mixing department over 3 floors, following up with employees, multitasking, ability to think quick. Also includes supervising employees, coordinating with employees to complete special tasks, assisting the Manager in ensuring all areas are being cleaned per the scope assigned, some one that is able to delegate task and follow up is a MUST
