As a Landscape Foreman at Brevard Landscaping, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing various landscaping projects. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading and supervising a team of landscapers and laborers in daily tasks.
  • Ensuring that landscaping projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Conducting site inspections, assessing project requirements, and developing work plans.
  • Managing and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools.
  • Coordinating with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, assisting in their skill development.
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in landscaping and horticulture.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in landscaping projects.
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of local plant species and environmental regulations in Brevard County is a plus.
