Summary

Clinical Pharmacist specializing in critical care, responsible for the Medical Intensive Care Unit. The MICU at Sinai Hospital is a teaching service consisting of two rounding teams with Medical Residents and learners within the mixed ICU. The successful candidate will have opportunities to serve as a mentor and educator for pharmacy residents, pharmacy students, pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals across other disciplines. Responsibilities also include areas of formulary management, drug information, practice advancement, process development and coordination of associated EHR enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS: Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline. Completion of a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency or a minimum of three (3) years direct patient care experience in hospital setting where knowledge is applied toward pharmacotherapy, resulting in a measurable patient outcome. 3-5 years of experience. Registered Pharmacist in Maryland, Professional membership recommended, Board Certification preferred.
