PRIMARY FUNCTION
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of preventive maintenance, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical issues. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform various preventive maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve problems promptly.
- Maintain machine geometric tolerances to ensure accurate and efficient operation.
- Collaborate with other team members to implement improvements and optimize machine performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance, particularly in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
