Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.

Safe Medicate Exam- $10.00— Safe Medicate Exam- $10.00—The fee is $10 and is valid for 30 days. Schedule: 8/10/12 hour shifts. All candidate submissions are D/E/N ROTATING SHIFT SCHEDULES, Every Other Weekend, Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge per Unit. No straight day shifts, travel pairs requiring the same schedule, or special requests. Any RTO not included on your application will NOT be considered.

Davinci Experience Required:

Robotic Urology; Robotic GYN; Robotic Colorectal; Robotic Surgical Oncology (whipples, gastrectomies, hernias, etc); Robotic Thoracic; Robotic general surgery (gall bladders, appendectomies)

OR experience in a level 1 trauma preferred.

Able to scrub and circulate preferred.
