Open Need: We have a wonderful patient that is looking for full time nurses Days and Nights available. 6yr old female, non-ambulatory patient who has ag-tube and ventilator at night. This patient care will take place in and around the home. She does not currently attend school.

Compensation: LVN $24-$26; RN $34-$35.50

Schedule: Days 7am - 7pm; Nights 7pm - 7am

Responsibilities forLicensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)/ Registered Nurses (RNs)

  • Medication administration per physician orders
  • Physician ordered treatments for:
    • Nutrition via a feeding tube
    • Tracheostomy care
    • Suctioningnasal, oral and/or endotracheal
    • Ventilation care
    • Seizure assessment and treatment

Requirements for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) / Registered Nurses (RNs)

  • Current, active Texas RN or LVN license
  • Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train

*Bonus for eligible cases only. The eligible employee will receive $500 for every 250 billable hours worked up to $1,500. Parents and/or Guardians of a Care Options for Kids clients or a potential Care Options for Kids clients are not eligible to receive a bonus.
