TYPICAL DUTIES: The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
  • Works with project teams and planners to develop and maintain detailed resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), schedules and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) to meet program, project or customers reporting requirements.
  • Analyzes production specification, ship installation drawings, NAVSEA Standard Items as required to produce production tracking reports.
  • Assist and updates IMS and POAM's with program and contractual changes to determine impacts to the installation plan.
  • Receives and enters engineering and production progress in the project schedules and analyzes changes to the schedule after updating.
  • Prepares and presents production status reports, manning curves and assist with other performance reports.
  • Analyzes resource loaded plan and provides report to Production Management on labor requirements by trade.
  • Assist with updating Project Management teams through weekly reports on project status.
  • Perform any other assignments or tasks as needed or requested by management to assist in accomplishing the organization's mission, objectives, and goals.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: High School Diploma/GED
• Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience using MS Project and Excel expertise in MS Project to include Scheduling, Resource Loading, and Critical Path Analysis
• Security Clearance Level: Secret
• Preferred Skills: Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Location: Crossways Office building- Chesapeake, VA
• US Citizenship Required

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely hourly rate for this position is between $25.29 - $29.90. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
