* Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair of refrigeration units and auxiliary power units
* Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify all components
* Positively interface with Service Writers, leadership team, the parts department, drivers, vendors, and customers
* Keep paperwork updated and submitted upon completion
* Communicate effectively with customers
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness
* Meet and maintain labor efficiency goals
* Meet requirements for certifications knowledge, education and/or
experience:
* Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
* Diesel engine experience
* Technical degree or certification is a plus
skills:
* Written and verbal communication skills
* Microsoft Office skills abilities:
* Work with diagnostic computers for troubleshooting and repairs
* Use computers for web-based training and work order system
* Work independently in a field service environment while displaying a professional and confident relationship with the customer
* Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude
* Possess a clean driving record
* Pass a DOT approved physical
