Position Details Hours: Full-time | Days, Monday - Friday | Weekend and holiday rotation required. Join a company that has been improving people’s lives for over 40 years What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Current LPN License: Must be active and in good standing in the State of MN. Experience: 2 years as an LPN preferred. Travel Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. CPR Certification Your Responsibilities As an LPN, you will: Participate in ongoing interdisciplinary assessments of patients. Collaborate in developing and evaluating care plans with patients and caregivers. Provide services as ordered by physicians according to the care plan. Recognize and report changes in patient conditions to the RN supervisor. Educate and counsel patients and families on healthcare needs.
