Whether you’re collaborating with school administrators or inspiring students to aim higher, you’ll be leading the way toward inspired learning. Your Role as a Teacher As a Teacher, you will: Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers, modeling behaviors and providing constructive feedback. Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive through play and learning. Partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children. Support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement. Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and community partners. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you should have: Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities. Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements. Preferred: Approved state trainer and 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Ability to meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain them. CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain. Physical capability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and engage actively with children. Strong communication skills in English to connect with children and their parents. Why Choose KinderCare?
