Join us in shaping this future in neighborhoods, workplaces, and schools across the nation Your Role as a Teacher When you join Champions, you’ll play a vital role in supporting hardworking families and elementary-aged kids during out-of-school time, right on school grounds. You’ll partner with administrators to bring our programs to life and inspire students to aim higher, think bigger, and never give up. Together, we’ll lead the way toward inspired learning. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers, modeling behaviors and providing constructive feedback. Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. Engage with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children. Support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement. Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. What We’re Looking For Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities. Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements. Preferred: Approved state trainer and 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus. Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications and obtain CPR and First Aid Certification. Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
