IT Product Manager Join to apply for the IT Product Manager role at Holland America Line. Were looking for an experienced IT Product Manager to fill this role which is based in our Seattle or Miami offices. Youll be responsible for managing all aspects of the business applications project intake, execution, delivery, and transition to operational support. This will include working with the business stakeholders to determine application project viability and business benefit, including scope definition, and development estimation, for applications projects for Holland America, Seabourn, and other brands as required. Focus on HR Applications is required as is past experience working in the Cruise industry. Responsibilities Process Mapping: Create and maintain business applications roadmap, capture business feedback, conduct market research to create business cases, recommend feature updates and new solutions/applications, work closely with BA/scrum master to refine backlog, facilitate release planning, assist with dependency management. Project Management: Define and monitor KPIs such as revenue improvements, cost savings, productivity and end user engagement, coordinate testing with QA team and application users, create project plans and status reports, identify risks and provide regular updates to IT leadership. Implementation/Development: Development, QA and UAT coordination with other IT and delivery teams, mockup feature designs, help create POCs, prioritize collaboration with project stakeholders and technical teams to define scope and deliverables. User Experience Design: Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, participate in design reviews and provide suggestions to improve usability, adoption and customer value for guest experience applications. On-call availability: Required to be on call and available afterhours on weeknights and weekends for urgent issues until resolved, including incident recap and process improvements. Qualifications Mid-to-senior level experience in product management, preferably within the cruise industry. Past experience working with HR applications and business stakeholder engagement. Strong project management skills, including KPI definition, risk management, and release planning. Experience with development coordination, mockup design, and POC creation. Excellent user experience design collaboration and usability improvement skills. Availability for on-call support after hours, weeknights, and weekends.
