DescriptionCypress Creek Pet Care is hiring a Client Service RepresentativeReports to: Practice Manager and Lead Client Service RepresentativeResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide excellent customer service to clients and patients in person and over the phone.Check in/out patients and schedule appointmentsProcess invoices and collecting paymentsManage the cash drawerAssisting with maintaining accurate medical recordsProvide support to team as neededRequirements:Veterinary experience is requiredRequired knowledge of general office practices and procedures, receptionist and telephone techniques.Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracyHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience with veterinary medical terminology and procedures.Experience with computers, veterinary software, and multi-line telephone systemExcellent communication and customer service skills.About the HospitalCypress Creek Pet Care is a small animal practice located in Cedar Park, Texas providing high quality, dedicated care for every patient.
