OverviewTudor's Biscuit World Cashiers work various front counter positions including dining room cashier, drive thru cashier and bagger. Cashiers provide our customers friendly, accurate and efficient service balancing speed and efficiency with pride in their work and respect for their teammates, managers and customers. Training is provided to ensure that all new Cashiers learn the correct processes and procedures that give our customers a fantastic service experience that will guarantee their return. Flexible scheduling available.ResponsibilitiesCorrectly enter customer orders with speed, accuracy and friendlinessProcess customer payments (cash and credit cards) with accuracyBag and tray customer orders with speed and accuracy according to standard proceduresSuggestive sells additional items to customers as directed by managementRelate immediately to the Person in Charge any issues/concerns customers may raiseMeet company standards of safety and cleanlinessMaintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volumeSet a good example for coworkers with a positive attitudeFollow all Tudor's Biscuit World operational policies and proceduresMaintain a clean and organized workspaceMaintain regular and punctual attendanceQualificationsEnjoys working early morning hoursMust ensure reliable transportation to workBe able to communicate with co-workers and managers effectivelyStand for long periods of timeReach and lift overhead up to 25 poundsWork in hot and cold temperatures for long periods of timeWork around, handle, operate, and control hot equipment and products in a safe mannerWork at a pace consistent with changing business volume and demandsAbility to learn quickly including basic interaction with cash register technologyAbility to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when neededAbility to work as part of a teamPreferred qualifications:16 years or olderLegally authorized to work in the United States
