Position Type:Special Education/LD/BD ResourceDate Posted:5/23/2025Location:Ivy Hill Elementary SchoolDate Available:2025-26 School YearClosing Date:When FilledDescription:Arlington Heights School District 25 has an opening for a part-time (.5 FTE) Special Education Resource Teacher at Ivy Hill Elementary School for the 2025-26 school year.Qualifications:Must have experience with students with a variety of disabilities, including students with behavior disorders and other learning and cognitive delaysMust possess a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a LBS1 Endorsement for K-12Preferred candidates will speak a second languagePreferred candidates will be willing to work with students outside of the normal school day by participating in activities, athletics, or other school related endeavorsSalary:This position is part of the Arlington Teachers' Association (ATA) professional agreement. The salary is dependent upon full-time years of experience and education level.
