With a strong presence in the Permian Basin and a focus on safety, automation, and operational efficiency, this company is driving digital transformation in field operations.Job Title – Camera & Surveillance Technician / ForemanLocation – Midland, TX (Onsite / Field-based)Role Type – Direct HireMust Have Skills:3–5 years' experience installing and maintaining camera and surveillance systems (industrial or oilfield environments preferred)Strong understanding of networked camera systems and related software analytics (AI-enabled systems a plus)Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead small field teamsHigh attention to detail for accurate data recording, configuration documentation, and project trackingValid driver's license, clean MVR, and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsResponsibilities and Job Details:Independently lead field-based surveillance system projects from setup to final configurationOversee small field teams of 2–3 technicians or subcontractors per jobDeploy, configure, and maintain advanced AI-powered camera and analytics systems such as Clean Connect, Kuva, and othersMaintain detailed records of installation data, configuration settings, and ongoing project documentationCoordinate with project leadership to ensure timely execution and quality assuranceTroubleshoot and resolve system or network issues in the fieldEnsure compliance with safety and operational protocols during all site activitiesMonitor equipment performance and suggest system improvementsServe as a primary point of contact during field operationsWork local projects with minimal travel and consistent home returnBegin daily operations at 7:00 AM with flexibility based on project demandsContribute to a growing division with opportunities for advancement and leadership development
