You'll also play a vital role in training and developing franchise partners while ensuring a customer-first approach. If you're an excellent communicator, a problem solver, and someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from youWhat You'll Do:Act as the main point of contact for franchise partners, offering expert guidance in:Revenue Management: Help optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability, staying up to date with best practices and industry trends.Marketing & Sales: Assist in the execution of marketing and sales strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention, collaborating with experts to align with the latest trends.Operational Excellence: Ensure franchisees maintain high-quality service and efficiency, offering support in process improvements and best practices.Provide ongoing training and development to franchise partners, helping them strengthen their skills and grow their business.Foster a customer-first approach, handling challenging conversations with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.Monitor franchise performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for success.Prepare and present performance reports, revenue trends, and market insights to leadership.What We're Looking For:3+ years of experience in franchise operations, property management, or STR-related industries.Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully planning and executing initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget.Experience with HubSpot and Property Management Systems is a plus.Solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to drive profitability.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate tough conversations with empathy and professionalism.A problem-solver with a keen eye for operational inefficiencies and a passion for improving workflows.A tech-savvy mindset, comfortable adopting new tools and software to boost efficiency.Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.Strong leadership capabilities, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: $80,000 - $85,000/yearHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchCareer advancement opportunitiesAll the equipment you need to succeedA team that truly lives its valuesRemote Position | #LI-RemoteWe are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
