This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing, patient-centered organization that values both professional development and work-life balance.Why Join Us?A dynamic and supportive team committed to improving healthcare experiences.A comprehensive benefits package that begins after just 90 days.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative, remote work environment with flexibility.Key Responsibilities:Provide compassionate and professional assistance to patients via inbound calls.Address patient concerns with empathy, demonstrating strong conflict resolution skills to de-escalate challenging situations.Make outbound calls to patients and healthcare facilities for appointment scheduling and information gathering.Work closely with the customer service team to continuously improve patient interactions.Triage patient calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.Utilize knowledge of health insurance processes and medical terminology to assist patients effectively.Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism in every interaction.Handle sensitive patient information with strict adherence to HIPAA regulations.What We're Looking For:At least one year of experience in a relevant customer service or healthcare role.Familiarity with medical office procedures and healthcare systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and EHR systems.Strong communication and customer service skills.High level of computer literacy and multitasking ability.Solid understanding of various health insurance types.Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.Experience with AthenaHealth systems is a plus.Position Details:Job Type: Full-time, RemoteSalary: $21.00 - $30.00 per hourSchedule: 8-hour shifts with various scheduling options availableBenefits: Paid time off, competitive benefits package after 90 daysIf you're a proactive and compassionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
