Recognized as best-in-class, this program is offered in three flexible formats:Live instruction (onsite or virtual)Cutting-edge online platformPersonalized financial coachingThis role focuses exclusively on business-to-business (B2B), business-to-government (B2G), and business-to-academia (B2A) sales—no direct-to-consumer selling.What You'll Do:Meet and exceed sales targetsBecome a subject matter expert in financial wellness solutionsIdentify market opportunities and develop a targeted sales strategyProspect and qualify leads through cold and warm outreach (including social media)Utilize CRM platforms to track and manage sales activitiesOrganize and lead sales meetings, presentations, and eventsPrepare customized proposals and quotesEducate clients on the impact of financial wellness on business and career successRepresent our organization as a brand ambassador in the communityProvide outstanding client service and relationship managementAttend industry events, exhibitions, and training sessionsAssist with workshop logistics and coordinationCollaborate in product development and feedback sessionsTravel as needed, including potential international tripsWhat We're Looking For:A team player with integrity, empathy, and a passion for helping othersStrong ability to build relationships with corporate and government leadersExcellent closing skills and a proven track record in salesSolid presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)Highly goal-driven and able to work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher)Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field preferred)At least 5 years of sales experience in corporate, government, or academic sectors (financial industry experience is a plus)Experience with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom, WebEx, and Microsoft TeamsAdditional Requirements:Onsite work required (not a remote position)Bi-weekly Flex Fridays (work remotely every other Friday)Travel required (including international—passport needed)COVID vaccinations & booster requiredCompensation & Benefits:Base salary + commission (paid quarterly) + annual profit sharingPotential annual earnings of $100,000+ (base + commission + bonuses)Generous benefits package, including:Federal holidays, vacation, and personal days401(k) with 5% company matchMaternity & paternity leaveHealth, vision, and dental insurance (partial premium coverage)Other unique benefitsWho We Are:For over 25 years, we've been dedicated to educating—not selling—helping individuals and organizations build wealth the right way.
