If so, we'd love to hear from youWe're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Operations Manager to oversee tour scheduling, guide coordination, and logistics for a nationwide tour company. This role is critical to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, requiring strong scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills.This is a 100% remote, full-time W-2 position. Applicants must reside in the United States and be fluent in English.What You'll Do:As the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring tours run smoothly across multiple cities. Your responsibilities will include:Managing complex scheduling for tour guides in 50+ cities, ensuring availability aligns with demand.Overseeing and optimizing daily operations to ensure tours are executed seamlessly.Training and onboarding new team members across various locations (recruiting handled by a separate department).Monitoring scheduling accuracy and making adjustments as needed to maximize tour availability.Providing outstanding customer service, handling inquiries, resolving scheduling conflicts, processing refunds, and managing reviews.Communicating with staff and contractors to coordinate all tour logistics efficiently.What We're Looking For:The ideal candidate is an expert in scheduling, operations management, and customer service, capable of handling a high volume of schedules while maintaining strong attention to detail.4+ years of experience in operations or management, preferably in customer service, logistics, or hospitality.Ability to support East Coast staff and customers.Proven experience in scheduling and logistics management across multiple locations.Evening availability as needed.Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday), with one flexible weekend off per month.A professional and dependable work ethic with a positive and proactive attitude.Veterans and military-connected candidates are strongly encouraged to applyWhy Join Us? - Perks & BenefitsWe believe in fostering a people-first culture where employees feel valued and supported.
