In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies through B2B channels. This position offers flexibility and can be structured as either full-time, on-site with a base salary plus commission, or fully remote with a commission-based compensation model.Your RoleAs a Business Development Specialist, you will:Design, execute, and manage marketing programs, branding initiatives, and events.Develop and optimize strategies to boost brand awareness and grow key accounts.Identify target audiences and devise methods to effectively engage them.Proactively generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking, establishing strong relationships with decision-makers.Build and nurture partnerships with retailers, distributors, and strategic alliances.Organize and coordinate industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products and generate new business leads.Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling partnership proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.Develop sales plans and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies.Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.What We're Looking ForExperience: At least 3 years of B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally within industries such as sports, fitness, or outdoor.Event Expertise: Background in event planning and trade show management is a strong advantage.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for team collaboration and leadership.Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.Mindset: A creative thinker with a passion for driving engagement, fostering brand awareness, and achieving ambitious sales goals.Why You'll Love This RoleIf you're a results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a talent for building meaningful partnerships, this opportunity is perfect for you.
