This is your chance to balance your professional life with flexibility, while still making a meaningful impact on children and families.What You'll Be Doing:Empower Through ABA: Deliver high-quality ABA services to enhance cognitive, social, and self-help skills.Create Tailored Plans: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Monitor and Adapt: Analyze client progress and adjust plans to ensure optimal outcomes.Mentor RBTs: Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements.Collaborate with Caregivers: Work closely with caregivers and service providers.Support Staff Growth: Provide feedback and training to support staff development.Contribute to Clinic Success: Assist in clinic oversight and program development.What You'll Bring to the Table:BCBA Certification: Must maintain Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and LBA in good standing.Supervisory Qualifications: Qualify for Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Insurance Credentialing: Must qualify for approved credentials with designated insurance carriers.Driving and Insurance: Valid, current driver's license and current car insurance.CPR/BLS Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Passion for Children: A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.Collaboration and Adaptability: Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic environment.Availability: Must maintain a minimum of 19 hours per week, Monday-Friday.Location: Ability to commute to at least 1 of the Houston area clinics: Cypress, Sugar Land, Katy, The Woodlands, Pearland.Why You'll Love This Opportunity:Sign-On Bonus: Receive a sign-on bonusCompetitive Compensation: Earn competitive compensation with monthly bonus potential.Continuous Learning: 12 CEUs per year plus an annual CEU stipend.Flexible Work: Flex/remote working days per month.Leadership Development: Leadership training and professional development opportunities.Career Growth: Career advancement and mentorship opportunities.Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a part-time schedule that fits your lifestyle.Supportive Environment: Join a supportive, client-centered environment.Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 78,122.00 Per Year
