Senior Project Manager

Are you a dynamic Senior Project Manager with a passion for managing glass, glazing, and facade projects? We are looking for someone with strong experience in managing large-scale projects, ideally in the Glass & Glazing industry. If you thrive in an environment where you can drive projects to successful completion, and you're eager to grow professionally, we would love to speak with youKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage large-scale glazing and facade projects from contract acquisition to close-out, including tasks such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and close-out documentation.Coordinate with customers, suppliers, architects, management, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.Utilize project management software, spreadsheets, and estimating tools to track and manage projects efficiently.Ensure projects are completed within budget, and manage materials, equipment, and labor costs effectively.Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and structural drawings to understand architectural intent and ensure project alignment.Foster strong communication across all stakeholders and provide updates as needed to ensure transparency and project success.Qualifications & Experience:2-10+ years of Project Management experience in glass, glazing, or facade industries (including Storefront, Window Wall, Curtainwall, ACM Panel Systems, Structural Glass Walls, and Skylights).At least 3 years of experience managing projects valued at $10 million or more.Unitized Curtainwall experience is a plus.Strong ability to make critical decisions and work independently.Proficient in managing projects through all stages, including contract negotiation, budgeting, and project close-out.A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget is highly preferred.Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.Skills & Attributes:Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A passion for professional growth and development, with a desire to take on more responsibilities.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Paid vacation and holidays.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Important Notes:We are looking for candidates with significant experience in the Glass & Glazing or Commercial Facade industries.
